  • Delivery time: Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow.
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Belgium

  • Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Germany

  • Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
  • Shipping costs: €4.50 | Free shipping on orders over €60.

France, Spain, Portugal

  • Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
  • Shipping costs: €7.95 | Free shipping on orders over €80.

Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Austria

  • Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
  • Shipping costs: €7.95 | Free shipping on orders over €80.

General Information

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. This email contains a track & trace code with which you can track your order.
  • Make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout. In case of errors, the costs for address correction or reshipping are at your own expense.

RETURNS

Satisfaction Guarantee

At OHCASCAS Amsterdam we want you to be 100% satisfied. Not happy with your purchase? Simply return or exchange your items within 60 days of receipt, according to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item is in undamaged condition.
  • The item has not been worn and/or used.
  • The original label is still intact.

How to Return

  1. Send an email to ohcascasamsterdam@gmail.com with your order number and details of the items you want to return or exchange.
  2. Receive a return form from us.
  3. Fill in the return form and clearly state which items you are returning and whether you want an exchange or refund.
  4. Hand in the package to a carrier of your choice within 60 days of receipt.

Processing of Returns

  • Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • You will receive an email with the status of your return.

Costs

  • The costs for returning are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
  • In case of a damaged item during shipping, please contact us immediately. We offer a replacement or refund.

Special Return Conditions for Promotions

  • For promotions such as "Buy 1, get 1 free", you must return both products to be eligible for a refund.
  • If you return only one product, you will not receive a refund.

Liability

  • OHCASCAS Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transport. Use a shipping method with tracking and/or insurance.
